Duterte to test why Philippine lost Scarborough Shoal

Trillanes had demanded that the Philippines has not lost the questioned reef, privately called Panatag and Bajo de Masinloc.

On Monday, Chinese represetative Zhao Jianhua visited Duterte at the Clubhouse in Matina Enclaves.
