Pinoy Fishermen Grateful To Duterte After China Allowed Them To Fish In Scarborough Shoal

Two or three anglers are presently communicating their appreciation towards the possible president Rodrigo Duterte. They trust that he is the motivation behind why China is presently permitting them to angle close to the Scarborough Shoal. 

The Filipino anglers are cheerful that the Chinese Coast Guard is presently light with them. "Bigla silang bumait ngayon. Ewan ko ba. Parang may pinakain ata si Duterte sa kanila, he added.
