I would like to shoot Duterte and claim my medal

I would like to shoot Duterte and claim my medal

Philippine President-elect Rodrigo Duterte has urged citizens to shoot and kill drug dealers who resist arrest, saying he’d reward and give medal to those who take matters into their own hands.
The newly-elected leader encouraged residents to help in the government’s fight against crime and the illegal drug trade during a nationally-televised speech, CBS News reports. “Please feel free to call us, the police, or do it yourself if you have the gun—you have my support,” said Duterte, 71.
“You can kill him,” he said of drug dealers who show violent resistance. “Shoot him and I’ll give you a medal.”
In that case then I would like to shoot Duterte and claim my medal. Here’s why:
So how do we determine who is and is not a drug dealer? If I just say I know someone is a drug dealer, is that good enough?
Because in that case, Rodrigo Duterte is a drug dealer. Don’t believe me? Too bad, because Rodrigo Duterte just did away with due process, so there’s no longer any need to prove anyone is guilty of anything. I’m just going to shoot him and collect my medal.
The reason we have due process is because we can’t trust private individuals to simply determine guilt on their own volition without oversight. If Duterte doesn’t think due process is important, then what is stopping anyone from deciding he is guilty, or anyone else? Who would stop me from putting a bullet on Duterte’s head because I just merely suspect him or not for being a drug pusher?
Expect plenty of innocents to be maligned as drug dealers and shot dead by ambitious people wishing a medal.
